Tesla Roadster – modified by Brabus
This Aegean Blue Roadster is one of the few models that have been modified by Brabus since 2008. At that time, the energy provider RWE cooperated with the Bottrop-based tuning company to launch a joint product called the Brabus Green Package. The most important component of the package was the Tesla Roadster converted by Brabus, while RWE contributed a compact charging station for the garage and a card for free use of all RWE charging stations.
With this campaign, RWE wanted to promote the expansion of its network of electric charging stations. The Tesla Roadster with the Brabus Green Package celebrated its premiere at the Essen Motor Show, which took place from November 29 to December 7, 2008. Lighting effects and a sound module that Brabus had installed in the show car were the main focus of the press coverage. It could be used to create V8 or racecar sounds, as well as futuristic sounds such as beam and warp.
The Signature Roadster shown here was modified by Brabus one year later (December 2009). Its front end looks different today, it was modified afterwards. A feast for the eyes, originally from Brabus, is the elegant interior in leather and Alcantara with quilted seams in the color of the car. The carbon-fiber trim, body-color taillight frames, and door handles, for the handbrake and center console will make the heart of any Roadster fan beat faster.
The Tesla Roadster was the first electric car in the world to be tuned by a tuning company. We make sure that the blue beauty is technically and visually in top shape.
