When talking about hardware, e-vehicles have clear advantages over combustion enginges. Many components such as camshaft, exhaust system or piston are non-existent and therefore cannot get damaged. Also the brake pads need to be replaced less because they wear out significantly slower. Your Tesla requires neither annual inspections nor oil changes. Nevertheless, we can still do a lot in order to preserve and improve its performance, reliability, longevity and safety. You should bring your Tesla to us for regular maintenance. We take a close look at the exterior and interior and take action where necessary.
Replacement of interior air-filter
The interior air-filter prevents pollen, dust and other particles from entering the vehicle via the air outlet. It should be replaced every 2 years.
Wheel alignment, translation and balancing
Unbalanced wheels and alignment errors can have a negative effect on road behaviour and the service life of your wheels and steering system. Therefore wheels should be moved every 10,000 km when there are major differences in profile depth.
Break fluid check up
Every second year your break fluid should be checked for contamination and, if necessary, changed out.
Air conditioning service
In order to prolong your air conditioning’s life-cycle and maintain its efficiency, we change the desiccant on a regular basis. How often this check up needs to be done varies between different Tesla models. We are happy to inform you about yours.
Charger support
Relaxed driving and a wide range are not just dependant on the vehicle. We can show you ways to optimize power consumption and charging time. We install a fitting wallbox into your garage so that you can charge your Tesla at home just as easily as on the road. Additionally, you can send your Tesla to a cozy hybernation with permanent battery monitoring in our frost-protected hangar.
